“Jesus the Son of Man” By Khalil Gibran
Peter: On The Morrow Of His Followers
Once at sundown Jesus led us into the village of Beithsaida. We were a tired company, and the dust of the road was upon us. And we came to a great house in the midst of a garden, and the owner stood at the gate. And Jesus said to him, "These men are weary and footsore. Let them sleep in your house. The night is cold and they are in need of warmth and rest." And the rich man said, "They shall not sleep in my house." And Jesus said, "Suffer them then to sleep in your garden." And the man answered, "Nay, they shall not sleep in my garden." Then Jesus turned to us and said, "This is what your tomorrow will be, and this present is like your future. All doors shall be closed in your face, and not even the gardens that lie under the stars may be your couch. "Should your feet indeed be patient with the road and follow me, it may be you will find a basin and a bed, and perhaps bread and wine also. But if it should be that you find none of those things, forget not then that you have crossed one of my deserts. "Come, let us go forth." And the rich man was disturbed, and his face was changed, and he muttered to himself words that I did not hear; and he shrank away from us and turned into his garden. And we followed Jesus upon the road.

Cell Phones - One of the Greatest Threats to Life on Earth
Following an earlier newsletter on this important subject, I wanted to pass on the following article by William Thomas so that you can make a more informed decision about whether or not to use a cell phone or portable phone.
In the past, I have recommended protection devices such as the very effective Aulterra Neutralizer (www.ener-chi.com/aulterra.htm), but as far as I know there are radiation risks that cannot be completely eliminated by any protective devices.
I can clearly sense the subtle disruptive effects emanating from cell phones every time someone around me uses such a device, and I greatly welcome the now widely available scientific research on the harm done by this technology. Also, I believe there is a more ambiguous reason behind the creation of the cell phone than most people are aware of.
Human beings have a built-in ability to communicate through thoughts (telepathy), which is a natural function of the right brain. However, modern education focuses primarily on left brain development by training the analytical, rational mind which automatically suppresses right brain usage and intuitive and non-verbal communication skills, which are common among animals.
While the left brain computes information at an inefficient rate of 15 bytes per second, the right brain processes a minimum of 1.3 million bytes per second. Children who are being encouraged to mostly use their right brain through creative and playful expression, and learning their life lessons directly from nature, naturally activate and expand their innate telepathic abilities. On the other hand, those who are being told to rely on their rational mind to deal with life's affairs, find that their intuitive, telepathic skills atrophy, or worse, disappear altogether.
Cell phone use is based on verbal or written communication skills that require almost only left brain activity and automatically shut down right brain-based communication skills.
Although most people would agree that cell phone devices are a great advancement of technology that have made life so much easier and practical, very few are aware that they have actually further robbed us of our built-in, perfect and instant communication abilities.
In the name of progress, we have allowed those who benefit from determining and manipulating the desires and trends of the masses to determine what is good for us, and most of us seem to love it. We didn't notice, however, that this type of modern technology is used to stupefy the mind and create zombies who can no longer think for themselves, but rather learn to depend on technologies, large corporations and governments in order to survive.
We already know that placing a cell phone near a beehive drives the bees away for good (they cannot find their way back home). We depend on bees for our food and survival. Besides having caused a massive increase in brain cancers, cell phone radiation causes us to become disoriented, too, as has been shown in research done in the UK. This also negatively affects our decision-making ability. Furthermore, cell phone usage and cell towers interfere with fertility (more about that in the article).
Whether it is done intentionally or unintentionally, those who promote the use of cell phones are increasingly turning them into weapons of mass destruction to achieve population reduction. Being such a big and ongoing money maker, and so practical, it is easy to employ this weapon and nobody will resist it, including children.
According to research, a two-minute call can alter the natural electrical activity in your child?s brain for one hour. Multiply this by the average 2,600 minutes a month your child is on the phone?and you get 22 hours (nearly a day) of unnatural brain activity. Brain cancers among children are rising at dramatic rates. There is a five-fold increase in cancer among people who started use in childhood. In the UK, 9 out of 10 children now use cell phones, and 40% of primary school children have their own cell phones. But cell phone radiation also affects reproductive functions.
Rendering children infertile even before their child-bearing age, and creating disoriented and demented people that pose no threat to the establishment, along with the vaccination programs designed to suppress the immune system, are perhaps the main means to achieve the population reduction that the World Health Organization and some of the most influential leaders in the world have publicly called for.
We all have a choice in whether to support the destruction of the world as we know it, or to enhance peace, harmony and abundance for everyone. Each choice we make counts, no matter how small, especially when it can impact so many other people as radiation does. For the sake of my own health and that of my fellow human beings, I choose not to use a cell phone, unless it is for an emergency.
Warmly,
Andreas Moritz

Remember
How many battles have you fought?
Though I am against war or any violence I feel so sad for the loss of those brave lives though have been manipulated by ruthless politicians still fight our battles the only way they know best. It is very comforting for the many to train professional soldiers to do the dirty work for them. It is also cruel to see them die when we in our comforts we care not and will do nothing to change this inhuman system.
The Truth is that those soldiers are the innocent victims of our inertia and selfishness.

Gao Zhisheng's Open Letter to the United States Congress
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives:
Most respectful greetings from Gao Zhisheng! Allow me to express my sincere gratitude for your kind consideration and support in the past year to me and to the values I am pursuing.
In the past two months, I have twice read the Debates in the Federal Convention of 1787 by James Madison. Freedom, democracy, and rule by law and constitution are the values China has longed for but has not been able to enjoy.
There is a saying in China, "A bite when hungry is better appreciated than a feast when full." Likewise, your persistence is especially precious given the almost total silence, or even subservience, of the mainstream international world in the past few years in the face of the tyranny of the Chinese communist regime, a parvenu government that stops at no evil. The True Meaning of The Olympic Games by Tsiakou Panagiota & Neli Magdalini Sfigopoulou
According to Greek mythology, the first to competed for the Olympic games were gods, and then heroes, and finally humans.
For the Ancient Greeks, every planet is represented by one character, one spirit, one god.
The Olympic Games were started to honor Zeus, the king of the gods. The winner was Apollo, the sun god.
In order to understand the Olympic Games, we have first to understand what Apollo’s victory meant for the gods, for heroes and for humans.
Apollo’s victory emphasizes the sun’s importance to other planets, which are gods. They want to reach the sun and themselves be bright. The sun’s fire, according to Greek mythology, moves everything and symbolizes the spirit and its purification. The sun illuminates everything. For their goal of purity to be achieved, each planet had to pass through a great process of learning through ordeals and tests until they would finally be bright as the sun—that’s why they still rotate around the sun.
Heroes
After the gods came the five heroes or ‘’idaioi daktiloi.” In order to organize the Games, they descended from Zeus’ mountain, the mountain of ideas.
Hercules was the first and biggest of the five heroes and his name meant “the power and the structure of fate.” Epimidis was “the one who could increase his inner light. ‘’ Iasios was “the one who could be cured from mortality through his development.” ‘’Idas,’’ ideas, were the force power of Olympic Games and Paionios’ name symbolized the gate of eternity where every soul that competes wants to go.
The five ‘’idaioi daktiloi’’ sent a message through their names: Through the power and glory of the soul, thought and ideas, pureness of morality, one will pass the gate of eternity.
Of the heroes, Hercules was the winner. After his victory, he visited the northernmost country, where no mortal ever have been. He brought from there the most sacred olive tree and planted it in Olympia.
Humans
For humans the first documented Olympic Games started for different reasons. At that time Greeks were always fighting with each other. One of the kings was sad because his kingdom had epidemics and wars. Because he wanted to help his people he went to Apollo, the holy oracle of Delphi.
Apollo told him that in order to help Greece he had to revive the Olympic Games, which had been abandoned for years. Thus, the king asked help from the kings of Sparta and Athens and together they formed something that changed the whole history of Olympia—the Olympic truce.
That is to say, many months before the Olympics, Greeks all over the country didn’t fight against each other. This way athletes and whoever wanted to watch the Games could travel safely to Olympia without any danger. The games hence took place every four years in the summer.
Athletes were conscious that their spirit was a mystical union with the Gods and that they had to behave perfectly in line with the Olympic spirit.
The Olympic spirit stated that through hardships in their training, athletes had to cultivate their virtue, their moral values as well as their mind and body. Through the Olympic games someone could see beauty, strength, pureness and in no ways show off. Olympians were more religious than the average Greek.
The Greek Olympic Games were a path of spiritual cultivation for Gods, heroes and humans in order to develop their characters as they worked toward their goals. Their destination was always brighter this way they tried to follow sincere principles.

COULD YOU SURVIVE WITHOUT MONEY? MEET THE GUY WHO DOES
In Utah, a modern-day caveman has lived for the better part of a decade on zero dollars a day. People used to think he was crazy
By Christopher Ketcham; Photograph by Mark Heithoff
DANIEL SUELO LIVES IN A CAVE. UNLIKE THE average American—wallowing in credit-card debt, clinging to a mortgage, terrified of the next downsizing at the office—he isn't worried about the economic crisis. That's because he figured out that the best way to stay solvent is to never be solvent in the first place. Nine years ago, in the autumn of 2000, Suelo decided to stop using money. He just quit it, like a bad drug habit.
His dwelling, hidden high in a canyon lined with waterfalls, is an hour by foot from the desert town of Moab, Utah, where people who know him are of two minds: He's either a latter-day prophet or an irredeemable hobo. Suelo's blog, which he maintains free at the Moab Public Library, suggests that he's both. "When I lived with money, I was always lacking," he writes. "Money represents lack. Money represents things in the past (debt) and things in the future (credit), but money never represents what is present."
On a warm day in early spring, I clamber along a set of red-rock cliffs to the mouth of his cave, where I find a note signed with a smiley face: CHRIS, FEEL FREE TO USE ANYTHING, EAT ANYTHING (NOTHING HERE IS MINE). From the outside, the place looks like a hollowed teardrop, about the size of an Amtrak bathroom, with enough space for a few pots that hang from the ceiling, a stove under a stone eave, big buckets full of beans and rice, a bed of blankets in the dirt, and not much else. Suelo's been here for three years, and it smells like it.

Globalization in the Name of Mars, Apollo or Hermes ? (Article from RODA Theatre)
"...Be assured, a new period will come. Its spirit will be the fruit of Hermes, the learned and profit bearing. Those who gaze at the world through naivety, think foolishly that the new period will bring along only fraud, insatiable ambition and greediness. Yes, there will be difficult years but rich in ideas, art, science, progress and communication. Those who seek persistently in the depths of Hermetism, will discover the dazzling light of Truth always shining.
(from the play "Amphiaraos")."
(from the play "Amphiaraos")."
The myth of Amphiaraos comes from a distant past, which, in a number of ways, resembles our times: our world, like his, is on the verge of uniting into a single whole.
Globalization, the inevitable blending of all cultures, is accelerated by technology and by the immense growth of the population. At the root of questioning the form of global unification lie the beliefs one has about the world. For those for whom it is impossible to accept the necessity of democracy and freedom, the current form of globalization is threatening. For some in the west, the future is accompanied by images of Orwellian control. For some in the East, it is accompanied by the spectre of the West's military and cultural domination.
But globalization is here, now, whether we want it or not. Our world has already been united by the necessity of managing the global resources, by international trade, by the acceptance of money as currency of exchange, by internet and satellite communication and by the spread of mass media. An interesting point to be made is that all of these activities that involve management, communication and money, belong to what traditionally is thought of as the domain of Hermetic attributes. It is as if the characteristics of our time have been determined by Hermes, as if the union of our world is taking place along the axis of action which is traditionally controlled by Hermes. In a similar fashion, the cultural aspect that eventually united Amphiaraos' Greek world was not military power or religious uniformity; it was language, a Hermetic attribute.
The real union of the world, the one that has stability, cannot be founded on perpetration of enmity; it can only be based on communication. So, it will always take place in the name of Hermes.
Amphiaraos was a man of Apollo. His vision was the peaceful religious union of the Greek cities, and he believed in the potential of the Apollonian spirit. He resigned from the throne of Argos so as to dedicate himself to his ideal and to the worship of Apollo. He gave his city's rule to Adrastos, his competitor, who was a true son of warlike Mars, believing that the cult of Apollo would be the key to bring peace and calm to their society. At some point, he realized his mistake. He saw how easy it is for religion to become empty form: even his wife, Eriphili, was unable to assimilate his religious thinking and was ready to support the expansionist war against Thebes. This showed him how naive his beliefs were. The light of understanding dawned in his mind only when he realized that his views about his mission had led him to a dead end. If it was impossible to unite his world through war, in the name of Mars, as it was equally impossible to unite it in the name of Apollo, in the name of religious uniformity.
The only thing left for Amphiaraos was to follow his own personal fate without complains, even if that led him to his death.

Plato's Allegory of the Cave
Here's a little story from Plato's most famous book, The Republic. Socrates is talking to a young follower of his named Glaucon, and is telling him this fable to illustrate what it's like to be a philosopher -- a lover of wisdom: Most people, including ourselves, live in a world of relative ignorance. We are even comfortable with that ignorance, because it is all we know. When we first start facing truth, the process may be frightening, and many people run back to their old lives. But if you continue to seek truth, you will eventually be able to handle it better. In fact, you want more! It's true that many people around you now may think you are weird or even a danger to society, but you don't care. Once you've tasted the truth, you won't ever want to go back to being ignorant!
_______________________________________________________________
[Socrates is speaking with Glaucon]
[Socrates:] And now, I said, let me show in a figure how far our nature is enlightened or unenlightened: --Behold! human beings living in a underground den, which has a mouth open towards the light and reaching all along the den; here they have been from their childhood, and have their legs and necks chained so that they cannot move, and can only see before them, being prevented by the chains from turning round their heads. Above and behind them a fire is blazing at a distance, and between the fire and the prisoners there is a raised way; and you will see, if you look, a low wall built along the way, like the screen which marionette players have in front of them, over which they show the puppets.
[Glaucon:] I see.
And do you see, I said, men passing along the wall carrying all sorts of vessels, and statues and figures of animals made of wood and stone and various materials, which appear over the wall? Some of them are talking, others silent.
You have shown me a strange image, and they are strange prisoners.
Like ourselves, I replied; and they see only their own shadows, or the shadows of one another, which the fire throws on the opposite wall of the cave?
True, he said; how could they see anything but the shadows if they were never allowed to move their heads?
And of the objects which are being carried in like manner they would only see the shadows?
Yes, he said.
And if they were able to converse with one another, would they not suppose that they were naming what was actually before them?
Very true.
And suppose further that the prison had an echo which came from the other side, would they not be sure to fancy when one of the passers-by spoke that the voice which they heard came from the passing shadow?
No question, he replied.
To them, I said, the truth would be literally nothing but the shadows of the images.
That is certain.
And now look again, and see what will naturally follow if the prisoners are released and disabused of their error. At first, when any of them is liberated and compelled suddenly to stand up and turn his neck round and walk and look towards the light, he will suffer sharp pains; the glare will distress him, and he will be unable to see the realities of which in his former state he had seen the shadows; and then conceive some one saying to him, that what he saw before was an illusion, but that now, when he is approaching nearer to being and his eye is turned towards more real existence, he has a clearer vision, -what will be his reply? And you may further imagine that his instructor is pointing to the objects as they pass and requiring him to name them, -- will he not be perplexed? Will he not fancy that the shadows which he formerly saw are truer than the objects which are now shown to him?
Far truer.
And if he is compelled to look straight at the light, will he not have a pain in his eyes which will make him turn away to take and take in the objects of vision which he can see, and which he will conceive to be in reality clearer than the things which are now being shown to him?
True, he said.
And suppose once more, that he is reluctantly dragged up a steep and rugged ascent, and held fast until he 's forced into the presence of the sun himself, is he not likely to be pained and irritated? When he approaches the light his eyes will be dazzled, and he will not be able to see anything at all of what are now called realities.
Not all in a moment, he said.
He will require to grow accustomed to the sight of the upper world. And first he will see the shadows best, next the reflections of men and other objects in the water, and then the objects themselves; then he will gaze upon the light of the moon and the stars and the spangled heaven; and he will see the sky and the stars by night better than the sun or the light of the sun by day?
Certainly.
Last of he will be able to see the sun, and not mere reflections of him in the water, but he will see him in his own proper place, and not in another; and he will contemplate him as he is.
Certainly.
He will then proceed to argue that this is he who gives the season and the years, and is the guardian of all that is in the visible world, and in a certain way the cause of all things which he and his fellows have been accustomed to behold?
Clearly, he said, he would first see the sun and then reason about him.
And when he remembered his old habitation, and the wisdom of the den and his fellow-prisoners, do you not suppose that he would felicitate himself on the change, and pity them?
Certainly, he would.
And if they were in the habit of conferring honours among themselves on those who were quickest to observe the passing shadows and to remark which of them went before, and which followed after, and which were together; and who were therefore best able to draw conclusions as to the future, do you think that he would care for such honours and glories, or envy the possessors of them? Would he not say with Homer,
Better to be the poor servant of a poor master, and to endure anything, rather than think as they do and live after their manner?
Yes, he said, I think that he would rather suffer anything than entertain these false notions and live in this miserable manner.
Imagine once more, I said, such an one coming suddenly out of the sun to be replaced in his old situation; would he not be certain to have his eyes full of darkness?
To be sure, he said.
And if there were a contest, and he had to compete in measuring the shadows with the prisoners who had never moved out of the den, while his sight was still weak, and before his eyes had become steady (and the time which would be needed to acquire this new habit of sight might be very considerable) would he not be ridiculous? Men would say of him that up he went and down he came without his eyes; and that it was better not even to think of ascending; and if any one tried to loose another and lead him up to the light, let them only catch the offender, and they would put him to death.
No question, he said.
This entire allegory, I said, you may now append, dear Glaucon, to the previous argument; the prison-house is the world of sight, the light of the fire is the sun, and you will not misapprehend me if you interpret the journey upwards to be the ascent of the soul into the intellectual world according to my poor belief, which, at your desire, I have expressed whether rightly or wrongly God knows. But, whether true or false, my opinion is that in the world of knowledge the idea of good appears last of all, and is seen only with an effort; and, when seen, is also inferred to be the universal author of all things beautiful and right, parent of light and of the lord of light in this visible world, and the immediate source of reason and truth in the intellectual; and that this is the power upon which he who would act rationally, either in public or private life must have his eye fixed.

Pass it On
Claire has send this to me and I thought I will share with you.
His name was Fleming, and he was a poor Scottish farmer. One day, while trying to make a living for his family, he heard a cry for help coming from a nearby bog. He dropped his tools and ran to the bog.
There, mired to his waist in black muck, was a terrified boy, screaming and struggling to free himself. Farmer Fleming saved the lad from what could have been a slow and terrifying death.
The next day, a fancy carriage pulled up to the Scotsman's sparse surroundings. An elegantly dressed nobleman stepped out and introduced himself as the father of the boy Farmer Fleming had saved.
'I want to repay you,' said the nobleman. 'You saved my son's life.'
'No, I can't accept payment for what I did,' the Scottish farmer replied waving off the offer. At that moment, the farmer's own son came to the door of the family hovel.
'Is that your son?' the nobleman asked.
'Yes,' the farmer replied proudly.
I 'll make you a deal. Let me provide him with the level of education my own son will enjoy If the lad is anything like his father, he'll no doubt grow to be a man we both will be proud of.' And that he did.
Farmer Fleming's son attended the very best schools and in time, graduated from St. Mary's Hospital Medical School in London, and went on to become known throughout the world as the noted Sir Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of Penicillin.
Years afterward, the same nobleman's son who was saved from the bog was stricken with pneumonia.
What saved his life this time? Penicillin.
The name of the nobleman? Lord Randolph Churchill .. His son's name?
Sir Winston Churchill.

HOW TO ELIMINATE CANCER FROM YOUR LIFE
This has been forwarded to me from my friend Marianna. I think it is of extreme ergency to know how to prevent the deadliest desease of this century.
...AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY ('TRY', BEING THE KEY WORD) TO ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY.
Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins:
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body.
These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests
until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors
tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in
their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are
unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not
reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than
10 times in a person's lifetime.
3 When the person's immune system is
strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from
multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the
person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be
due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional
deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will
strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the
rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys
rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow,
gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like
liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells
also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and
organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and
radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged
use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more
tumor destruction.
9. When the body has too much toxic burden
from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either
compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to
various kinds of infections and complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause
cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to
destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to
other sites.
11. An effective way to battle cancer is to
starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it
needs to multiply.
CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off
sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer
cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful,
etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better
natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but
only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added
to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's
aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus,
especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on
mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened
soy milk cancer cells are being starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid
environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to
eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork.
Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones
and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people
with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and
juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help
put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be
from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices
provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down
to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance
growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building
healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most
vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw
vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at
temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which
have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and
has cancer fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified
water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals
in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and
requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat
remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to
more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein
covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees
more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and
allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
14. Some supplements build up the immune
system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins,
minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells
to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E
are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the
body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted,
or unneeded cells.
15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body,
and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the
cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and
bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic
environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit.
Learn to relax and enjoy life.
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an
oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing
help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen
therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.
1. No plastic containers in micro.
2. No water bottles in freezer.
3. No plastic wrap in microwave.
Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in
its newsletters. This information is being circulated at
Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals
cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly
poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your
plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins
from the plastic. Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness
Program Manager at Cast le Hospital, was on a TV program to
explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how
bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating
our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This
especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that
the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases
dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the
body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning
Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food You get
the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as
TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed
from the container and heated in something else. Paper
isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper.
It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware,
etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food
restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper.
The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such
as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be
cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat
causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic
wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel
instead.
This is an article that should be sent to
anyone important in your life.

only in very small amounts.

Unending Persevereance
This has been forwarded to me by my friend Ginger and is definitely one of the most inspiring Videos I have seen. This is the Story:
In a Chinese modern dance competition on TV one very unique couple won oneof the top prizes. The lady, in her 30's, was a dancer who had trainedsince she was a little girl. Later in life, she lost her entire leftarm in an accident and fell into a state of depression for a few years.Someone then asked her to coach a Children's dancing group. From that pointon, she realized that she could not forget dancing. She still loved todance and wanted to dance again. So, she started to do some of her oldroutines, but, having lost her arm, she had also lost her balance.
It took a while before she could even make simple turns and spins withoutfalling. Then she heard of a man in his 20s who had lost a leg in an accident. He had also fallen into the usual denial, depression and anger type of emotional roller coaster. But, she was determined to find him and persuade him to dance with her.. He had never danced, and to dance with one leg....are you joking with me? "No way!"…But, she didn't give up, and he reluctantly agreed thinking, "I have nothing else to do anyway." She started to teach him dancing. The two brokeup a few times because he had no concept of using muscle, how to control his body, and knew none of the basic things about dancing. When she became frustrated and lost patience with him, he would walkout. Eventually, they came back together and started training seriously.
They hired a choreographer to design routines for them. She would fly high(held by him) with both arms (a sleeve for an arm) flying in the air.He could bend horizontally supported by one leg with her leaning onhim, etc. In the competition, as you will see, they dance beautifully and they legitimately won the competition. A Chain of Love Divine
This came to me as I was reflecting on some of todays great sorrows of humanity:
"...Is anybody out there of us to have a chain made? A chain of Light and human hearts and arms and hands all embrasing one another as friends and lovers do. A chain to encircle the earth a Halo of a fiery Love and a unbended will to do Good whatever the costs in pleasure or pain a brotherhood of Love with the resolve of the Mighty God and the One Heart of the Human Race. I call upon you to grasp my hand once more cause the Cry is Vast and the Wailing in the wind is Too Much to Bare and My Ears can see and my eyes can hear the suffering of the many lost in the Darkness as the Great Storm draws near..."

Exceptional poetry through the Ages
"I was crowned by my God, my crown is living . . .
I received the face and the fashion of a new person . . .
And the thought of truth led me on.
I walked after it and did not wander.
And all that have seen me were amazed and I was regarded by them as a strange person.
And He who knew and brought me up is the Most High in all His perfection. And He glorified me by His kindness, and raised my thoughts to the height of His truth.
And from thence He gave me the way of His precepts and I opened the doors that were closed.
And broke in pieces the bars of iron; but my iron melted and dissolved before me:
Nothing appeared closed to me, because I was the door of everything."

We are Expecting a Baby
Dear friends I found quite extraordinary that in our mature age where others have grown up sons and daughters we are blessed in a short amount of time with yet another little baby.
We got the News about a month ago after I finished a painting presenting an Angel currying a little baby to a woman. I presented to my wife and without saying anything she did a pregnancy test and behold she was ...pregnant!!!
After an examination with the local doctor we found out that the baby was over 3 months old and in excellent condition. We love you little one and look forward to see you and touch you.
The painting isn't the one above but I think was much related with the baby's descent into the Earthly Life.

Welcome Friends
"...Dear friends welcome to my blog. As we adapt to our technological era here it is one more tool for the promotion of Spirituality in Action most commonly known as “ART”.
It gives me great pleasure to share with you some of my own reflections or those of others walking on the same path. Recently we initiated a big change on our lives. After 18 years in UK we took the decision to move to Greece.
We arrived on October 2008 in the County of Messinia in South East of Peloponnisos, which is in the South part of mainland in Greece.
The choice of area it isn’t only justified from its spectacular beauty, a harmonious combination of azure sea and majestic mountains with endless vegetation in a silvery sea of olive trees but as well as the above we must add to it a Glorious History that through out the centuries has inspired the imagination of mankind.
Here you will experience the Magic of the Arcadian mountains filled with the echoes of the Heroes & Nymphs of the old and walk the same shores of Homer where the Great Journey of “Iliad” has began.
You can go South and search as Hercules did the Gate of the Underworld in his quest of finding the Mighty Dog “Cerberus” the unholy guard of the subterranean.
“…Behold Stranger the Mighty Sparta and her Hero King the leader of the 300 “Leonidas”. Near by is the last stronghold of the Byzantine Empire “Mistras” the Great Castle or you could walk on the stone pavements of the Pirate City of “Monemvasia” a place untouched by time.
In those bare lands you could visit some of the places of the Great Rebellion of 1821 the first successful rebellion against oppression in modern history.।
In Holy “Epidaurus” where the Art of Theatre risen to the Greatest of Heights…listen the stories of the Mysteries of Gods and watch the Drama of Mankind.
Of course it wouldn’t be worth the visit in Peloponnisos if you couldn’t walk the hallowed ground of the Towering “Olympia” birth place of the Olympic Games.

To have a small taste you can view some images of the area by clicking this link http://www.fotosearch.com/photos-images/peloponnese.html
It is such honour that we have been allowed to stay here.
So from this place I will broadcast my reflections and in doing so I will try to bring you closer to me and I hope that I will be closer to you My unknown friend..."
